How to use this study...

If you are doing this study on your own:
Pray before you begin for an open heart to hear and accept what the Lord wants to show you. Slowly read and think through the written material. Look up each Scripture reference and ponder its meaning. Honestly answer the questions and fill in the blanks. Take time to apply what you have learned. Share your new insights with others!
Remember the goal is not to rush through the study, but to grow in your relationship with the Lord.

If you are doing this study with your mom or a friend:
Pray together before beginning, and take turns reading aloud. Discuss insights, and keep each other accountable for application.

How to use this study as a ministry:
Once you've worked through this study for yourself, you have at your fingertips an exciting potential for valuable ministry! Doubtless you know younger girls who could benefit from a Godly role model and spiritual encouragement. Why not use this book to start a Bible study with them? Maybe ask your mom or a wise older woman in your church to help you lead it.
I have seen firsthand the blessings of such a Bible study -- not only to myself as one of the leaders, but to the girls who participate. I began with the help of a Godly older woman and two younger girls -- a number which later increased to seven.
At a quiet dining room table for two hours each Friday afternoon, we prayed with each other, memorized Scripture, studied Bible lessons, and enjoyed each other's friendship. I watched as these girls began to grow spiritually. The prayers and insights they shared took on a new depth of meaning.
You don't have to be perfect to lead a Bible study -- I'm certainly not! After three years of Bible study, I have found that I am just as much, if not more, blessed than the girls whom I am trying to reach.
This is a priceless opportunity to share God’s work in your life, and to see God changing others’ lives as well. Your Bible study may become some of the most special hours of your week!
